VACANT HOME INSPECTIONS

• Air conditioning and humidity control properly set

• Main water valve shut off

• Refrigerator set properly

• Ice maker shut off

• Flush toilets and run water once a month

• Hot water heater shut off at circuit breaker

• All windows and doors locked

• Dishwasher doors ajar

• Drapes/blinds closed

• Ensure lights are off

• Open and check all rooms, bathrooms, closets and all other spaces and cabinets

• Email the homeowner with results of the inspection

• Replace batteries as needed in smoke detectors

• When emergency repairs are required, coordinate arrangements with the homeowner

• Provide a vendor list for homeowner if requested

• Accept prepaid deliveries and shipments on behalf of the homeowner and ensure that such items are secured within the premises

• Ensure security alarm is re-activated after inspection

• Coordinate any other services requested by homeowner e.g. pet watch services, construction oversite
